This is a good basic budget TV. The picture quality isn’t great but for the price it works well. I’ve got it setup in a spare room and use it for watching exercise videos. I wouldn’t recommend it for normal viewing.

No user manual but even I at 73 could puzzle thru set up. Really good smart TV for the price. Did not recognize all the cable channels but the apps work fine. Never could figure that out.

This is my first smart TV and I like it so far, the image clarity and resolution is good and the colors are clear and true.
Mind you, I don’t watch a lot of tv and basically got it because nephews kept asking me to upgrade my 20” old antenna tv - lol

Great tv for the price, I’ve noticed with Hulu it lags some and sometimes the picture goes away. Unsure if that’s a Hulu issue, it doesn’t happen on my other TVs, or if it’s a tv connectivity issue.

I bought an Insignia last Black Friday for our family room and my husband loved the features so I bought another one for our bedroom. The first one had glitches but Best Buy picked up my old one and delivered a new one the very next day. So far so good, it's been a few days now.

The tv has decent picture. Problem with the tv is the it turns itself off and on and the volume will max out on it's own. I have updated the tv and it continues to do it.

This TV is Amazing, I have my very own built in fore stick in my TV and I can download all the apps like a regular fire stick as well. Installation was very easy and it even fit with my 32” wall mount! I got it on sale which was very good too. All in all happy with my purchase!

I'm happy with the purchase. I'm not home a lot, so I'm still getting to know all the things I can do compared with my old TV. I really could use some help from a Geek Squadder with better coordination of my electronica, including my phone, my printer and my laptop computer.

Great picture but too much process to use live TV

Works well, however I HATE that I need to use 2 clickers to watch live TV. Seems to take an "act of congress" to get to live TV. We do enjoy the IMDb shows that it has available. What can I possibly do to only use One TV remote to watch live television?

Terrible WiFi adaptor

I can only give this unit a 2 star rating. The picture is great, sound is more than adequate but the built in WiFi adaptor just simply sucks. I am literally 40ft from a router and am rarely able to pick up and hold a signal. When it does the picture is blurry or will buffer intermittently. I get a better signal with my MacBook sitting right next to the smartset...and that’s what I recently had to do in order to watch a movie be started. Simply logged into my prime account, connected my MacBook to the smartset with an HDMI cable and all was fine...but I can do that with ANY digital monitor!

Good tv. Bad fire tv

I bought this tv for my son's room black Friday week, ended up having our main tv go out so we are using it currently as our main tv for a bit.
The issues are it is only 720p and with gaming it is very noticeable, however that was my misread when i bought it.
The biggest issue is with the fire tv. After a couple weeks now almost all apps on the tv side ( YouTube, hbo, netflix) all have a 1 second delay on audio. It's really annoying. I've searched for assistance, However it's a known issue with them. They said to switch audio to pmp, but I'm still having issues. It isn't internet because works through gaming systems and certain apps. Normally I love insignia but the fire tv side leaves a lot to be desired.

Bought this television for my sons bedroom. Because it was so cheap I was unsure of the quality. Well low price doesn’t mean low quality with this product. Great design, and all the features of the more expensive brands. Would most definitely recommend to anyone!

Found insignia 39” tv used, I got a good deal. I’m always looking for a better price. I just didn’t like the remote. Seem to drain battery over night. I ordered another remote online
