Pretty sure thats not supposed to happen. Also streaming shows with commercials are an issue. I only get the top half of the screen. The.bottom half is a solid color. The TV is very slow to react to the remote. Most times, I'm not sure if I might have not pressed the button hard enough.

Only had it for 2 weeks and the button on the remote broke. Very disappointing as it had good reviews and was Best Buy recommended. Will be returning to say the least. Don’t recommend.
