I purchased a tv and was having some problems with the setup. I called the store and was routed to a different operator. She forwarded me to the geek squad. After 45 minutes i was able to talk to someone who i thought could help me. I was told that this person had no idea how to setup a tv. I asked if i could talk to someone who knew and she said that due to liability reasons they could not answer my questions or help me. I was told to contact my cable provider and maybe they could help. I was also told that for an additional fee someone could possibly do something. I was very disappointed. Customer service was always a strength of best buy but no longer. I realized that best buy service consists of a network of operators that have no idea about the products you sell.

I have REALLY good internet so I know it's not a connection issue. But my home screen doesn't work half the time. Scrolling through the apps is painfully slow as well. I am actually looking for a new tv as we speak because I just don't like this one.
