I have tried to download steaming channels which I have purchased, I am unable to even watch cable channels. The only thing that prevents me from giving it a one star is the screen is very clear and crisp

When it broke, Best Buy offered to replace with a smart tv of the same size or a normal one a little bigger. I have other smart TVs but they’re all Roku based. Figured an Amazon tv would be just as great, or better. WRONG. If you pause a show, when you unpause you lose picture. If you switch the input to an hdmi port, there’s no way to get back to the main screen unless you completely turn off the tv. There’s no screen mirroring so I can’t cast my phone or laptop to it. Connection to wifi isn’t stable. The list of disappointments continues. Do yourself a favor and something else. This one will just make you want to throw the remote at it.
