Purchased two of these televisions thinking they would be great for my kids and user friendly. They’re NOT. They’re constantly freezing up, controllers don’t work properly, and it wasn’t very easy/user friendly to set up the Fire TV portion with the apps you want. Nearly everyday, I have to unplug the TV so that it can reboot. The picture and color quality are the only good aspects of the TV. I would not recommend this television.

I just want to change channels!
