First TV: wouldn't find any antenna stations, wouldn't connect to our satellite receiver, and then constantly was out of sync for every thing we tried to stream. Called TV support: guy said just return it, we had a bad one. That's fine. Had to box it up, bring it back to the store, get a refund. Buy a new one. Bring it home. It connected to our receiver. But even now, constantly, it desyncs on Netflix, then slowly desyncs on others. Tried to hardwire and wifi the connection, no difference. I have a Roku TV and 2 Roku sticks and never have they desynced audio unless the app had a problem. The Fire TV is more trouble than it's worth, plus I hate it constantly plays ads across the top and it's much harder to tell what you own and don't own or what's free or paid tv on it.
