It’s broken. I haven’t had time to come in, but after two weeks a line about 5 inches wide just appeared vertically across the middle of the screen. So I haven’t been able to use it.

Decent TV, remote went out after less than a year of light use. I’m having to use the app on my phone to control it which is annoying and inconvenient.

You have to have an Amazon account some apps don't seem to work but I'm guessing it's because they want you to rent from Amazon prime . For instance, Renting and watching movies on Fandangonow does not work. Other than that it does the job.

This is the slowest tv I have ever purchased in my life. If I could give it zero stars I would. I bought this tv because I needed to switch out my old tv that was TEN YEARS OLD and it was faster than this junk. I have to wait 5 seconds sometimes longer everytime I click a button and if I turn the tv off and turn it back on it’ll take 3 minutes to reboot.

Fair tv for the price. I have to do some extra resets for the sound to work, because it was very low when I first turned the tv on. Insignia is a great brand, but has its glitches also.

This tv is crap. It did okay at first. It was bought for my kids playroom. Some of the issues was it cutting off frequently. Basically it would play like one episode of a show then cut off. We did an update on the tv and now it takes forever for it to load. And sometimes requires turning on and off few times or unplugging altogether. If you press a button on the remote it's like it goes crazy and zooms all the way down the screen. The TV straight up sucks!

This TV, specifically the FireTV platform, is simply not good. It’s slow and restarts often. We wound up adding an Apple TV to it in order to use the streaming apps. But there’s a catch: you have to login to a profile in order to switch inputs. Which means you get stuck in the slow, buggy FireTV platform. I’m swapping this tomorrow.

The TV is okay but every so often goes dark and completely turn off. Like the system resets or something. I have updated the apps and reset all settings a couple of times but it keeps happening.

It’s constantly updating or needs to be updated so it will always run slow or have a to refresh the movies. After having it for only a month I upgraded to a different brand Tv and love it way more than this one

Ended up returning for a higher definition model. The larger size (we went from 27" to 40") made the HD look noticeably worse. Color saturation was a bit off too but this may be due to the factory settings.

This product was incorrectly described on the website as a smart tv. It is not, so I never got to use it and returned it for a 43" Insignia Fire TV which I love.

Overall a good TV for the bedroom. Picture not as clear as I had hoped. I would not call it high definition, but rather enhanced definition. Easy to set up. Streaming works very well.
