    This product does not work with my Xfinity (cable) app. So its pretty much useless for me. If you don't have cable its a good TV.

    Great smart tv however the voice search feature stopped working after about a month. Sometimes the YouTube app also force closes out of no where

    DO NOT BUY! The tv did not come with a remote. Best buy has given me 2 and I’ve purchased two. NONE OF THEM WILL PAIR WITH THE TV. A TOTAL OF 4 REMOTES THAT WONT PAIR. I’m past the return timeframe so I’m stuck with a tv that doesn’t work. Not to mention I paid $150 to have geek squad mount it not knowing the tv wont pair with any of the remotes.

    Kind of disappointed that you can't cast / mirror onto it .. Its really the only downfall of this TV .. Honestly, I would've returned it if I knew sooner ..

    This TV SUCKS!!! The remote is so laggy and the TV will for no reason just shut off. I have never owned a worst TV in my life. I wish I could return it but the staff at the Canton store were just awful. Don’t get me started on the other defective TV they sold me.

    I only had this tv for two years and one day i come home and turn tv on and there is a line on my tv. i haven't had it that long unfortunately the one year warranty has expired and now i have a bad tv.

    The volume is off unless it’s my hearing lol but I have to put it up in the 40s level to hear clearly. Overall for the price I paid it’s a decent bedroom tv

    I just re-purchased tv for my mom and the home button on the remote isn’t working. As for the tv it’s good.

    I like the TV but the delay between clicking the remote and it moving on the screen can get very annoying. Overall for the price it has been great.

    TV response time is horrible. was deceived for the first 2 or 3 months, but the processor must be BAD (FOWL Language not allowed) ....every time you hit a button it takes at least a minute or more for the tv to respond, thought it was the remote.... BUT NO! 3 remotes later, same response time. Not worth any money!

    It’s OK for the price picture quality is ok for the price. If you want a better picture quality you’re going to have to pay a lot more.

    have had tv for 1 year now , to many problems with amazon home screen os ,system has up plenty of updates with no fix . locks up , stuck on start up screen , need to reboot tv all the time for tv to start up and work. would never get a smart tv with amazon fire system again

    It’s not as responsive as I would like to the remote. Also the stands are not sturdy . But for the price it’s good.

    I've had this tv for about 7 months and while it was convenient to have all of the Apps already uploaded the remote wasn't working properly since day one. Response time was delayed, freezes here and there and the TV was shutting off randomly. Now my TV restarts itself every 20 minutes and I have emailed Insignia about it and still pending review.

    The tv itself is ok pretty simple just hate you can’t program password for wifi so it’s a hassle to reconnect when in the middle of movie.

    So far, worst TV in the house. Sound is terrible, so quiet you cant hear them talk so loud on the action scenes you have to turn it down I tried all sound settings, all are the same way. TV stops audio all together at least once or twice a night, having to power off and on to reset. Picture is ok, but like I was saying, spend a little more and stay away from cheap garbage.

    After initial setup antenna scan was no longer option. I exchanged SEVERAL emails with "experts" to no avail. I clearly stated issue but was wholly ignored & told same thing over & over & over again. I, unfortunately, wasn't well & missed return deadline & am now stuck with it. Only positive is decent picture for when I watch movies.
