If you don't want to use the online network buttons ( Netflix, Disney, etc) then you have to go to the onscreen guide and search for the channel that you want. Very inconvenient. That is my fault for not checking that out first. The tv also freezes a lot- several seconds every two to three minutes. That is just poorly made.

I can't stand this TV and would not recommend it

The built in Firestick feature is garbage...but we went this route because it was substantially less expensive than the equivalent model without that. The unit constantly looses audio when using the built in apps. You can google all the tricks to making changes to the audio set up (dolby settings, etc) and that will work ..but you'll still have those problems on occasion even after that. Even things like the sleep timer are a pain...and the TV doesn't even give you a 'countdown' warning when that timer is about to shut it off so you can override it if you want to. I recommend staying away from this..and potentially others with the built in amazon stuff too.

I've tried to change it but the color does not change. the volumn is the worst. After you watch a show for some time, suddenly it will blast you out of your chair.
