    I called insignia got right thru, Best buy 40 minute wait for one question! I'm very super disappointed that this tv does not have cast it being a smart tv. I wanted a smart tv and really did my research before I bought this and nowhere did i read that it did not cast from phone to tv. What a waste of time and money. I called insignia and they said i could cast and they did troubleshooting with my fir over an hour and directed me back to Best buy but sure never answers their phones...like forever. So i researched the question does insignia cast to phone and said no. There is nothing in the box the sieve anywhere that states it does not. It's only reason i bought a smart tv. I'm very upset and wish i could return as my husband threw the box out otherwise ide be there in 10 minutes and would probably still be on hold when I get there be faster like I'm going on another 20 minutes i hung up and tried again to no music playing still! Ugghhh i truly hate Best buy right now.

    Not a good tv, everything loads so slow within the tv and apps crash

    Well it’s 39” diagonally, not 39” straight across. And randomly when I’m watching Hulu or YouTube, it closes and goes to the Home Screen by itself. It’s really annoying. But most annoying thing of all is when the audio and video don’t match up when I watch any shows on YouTube and Hulu! Now I just use my laptop and a hdmi cord to watch things on the tv.

    Tv is working well. Problem is it does not allow for the spectrum app. Had to buy Roku adapter

    This TV is awful! Purchased in October and already the remote disconnects and it takes hours to reconnect it. Can not watch TV without the remote. No buttons to try and navigate controls. I would of been better off spending a little more money for better results. I'm highly upset.

    Absolutely the worst tv I’ve ever purchased. I bought 3 (three) of these for my kids rooms and they are constantly glitchy and have to be reset. Remote skips like it’s haunted and has a mind of its own.

    Works fine with the apps bust as soon and I plug in my vexus cable device to watch cable I have no sound. I tried other HDMI cables and switch my vexus device with my living room one to make sure it wasn't the device. Nope it's the HDMI connection on the tv. I even reset the tv as well and it did not fix it .

    Would not recommend. Tv only lasted about a month and a half before it started crashing mid-show all the time. Now the remote doesn’t work and we are just outside of the return window. Normally I like Best Buy products but this one I’m dissatisfied and disappointed.

    This TV constantly reboots; 5-6 times a day sometimes. I call Best Buy tech support & they offer no help at all. Rep will say, "Oh, let me transfer you to Mike, he has a lot of experience with this" and then they send me into a holding pattern for 10 minutes then they hang up the phone. Another problem is it keeps disconnecting from my network. Again, Tech support blames my internet service despite the fact my other smart TV works fine as does my computer. The bottom line, this TV sucks. I've owned two other Insignia TVs, one for over 10 years and it works fine. I plan to replace it soon but not from Best Buy.

    This is slow to turn on and load tv stations. I have a 43 inch insignia also that is great, but this one takes forever and very frustrating to have to set and wait to load your stations. Even tried resetting to factory reset, no change.

    TV works fairly well. However, I have noticed that there are times the screen will go black. Especially when I switch inputs to stream and try to go back to live television. The screen goes black and the only way to fix it is to unplug the set, wait two minutes, then plug it in again. Such a pain.

    This TV is like trying to use Dial-up in the modern times. Slow as my grandmother. Even she gets impatient waiting for this TV to turn on, and It takes about a century just for Netflix to open up. Sending this back ASAP

    I bought a 39 inch and it was working great until the remote stop working or the tv stop sensing the remote on the second day of having it . I cant turn the tv on and the remote wont pair to the tv. Waste of time and money.
