    I''ve only had this tv a year and now the screen is black. You can hear the sound, but the screen is so dimly lit you can barely see anything.

    Bought this for my elderly parents to use with DISH. They needed simple--as using only 1 remote (DISH) to turn the TV on & off. Insignia tech support was helpful in talking me through how to program it that way but it doesn't stay set to HDMI 1. Every day I have to return to reset it to automatically turn on to HDMI 1. It'll work anywhere from a few hours to 2 days but I'm taking it in tomorrow under the warranty & hoping to replace it with a more user friendly TV

    The remote drains the battery within a month. I lnly use it to turn on and off once a day, not even surf the apps

    Terrible Purchase

    This TV has to be restored to factory default every week. It looses its internet connection constantly, even though it says internet connection is very strong in the TV settings feature. I purchased two wi-fi extenders for my home and this didn't help either. I shouldn't be surprised. I bought an Amazon Fire Cube six months ago, for a different TV, and it doesn't work half the time. Don't waste your money on this.

    Got this for my granddaughter and it did not last long. So7nd stopped working and they couldn’t fix.

    Run in the other direction!

    The interface is confusing and not intuitive. It takes far too long to get to the apps I want, and the voice controller is extremely laggy. After about one year it has completely stopped working, even when connected by HDMI cable. It won't maintain a connection to the internet and the audio goes all wonky. I hated this tv after one month, and now that it's dead I'm not even going to its funeral.

    Auto shutoff within minutes of pausing a show with no way to turn sleep mode off. Many others have had this issue. Get it together, Insignia. I will never buy from this manufacturer again. Total waste of money.

    Tv worked great for a month. Then it froze up and will only turn on and off. I tied the unplug and plug it back in several times.

    Probably the worst tv I've ever owned. I'm 68 years old. I threw the box away or maybe I would send it back. It switches to channel selection at least once every 15 minutes. Then it doesn't always allow you to navigate there. So you have to keep trying to go back to your channel. It was inexpensive. Shouldn't be frustrating to watch tv. Get something else. thank you

    The volume is awfullll you have to turn it in 20 to just to hear it a little I don’t no if it’s the brand or the actual tv

    Not a great buy! Dissatisfied with how hard it is to use . Logs out of apps on its own then won’t allow to log back in. Was a good price, you get what you pay for.

    Extremely slow to load anything, like AOL dial up of the 90's. Doesn't have screen casting either.

    Constantly would go to tv guide sometimes as often as every 5 minutes and shut off by itself. I do not recommend this tv.

    About two years later this TV now glitches, runs out of memory, and constantly needs to be reset to factory default to work.

    The good: It's a smart TV, got it very cheap. The bad: It's only 720p. Not even full HD! I should have read the specs closer... Poor video quality.

    Terrible. Simply does not work. Worked well for a few months but after that, it’s basically a paperweight. It will turn off on its own, lags terribly, and will randomly switch apps on you. Would never buy one of these again.

    Had this tv less than 3 months and the screen was starting to turn black and could not watch. Was told by Geek Squad they do not repaid so they refunded which I appreciated but was out of the extended warranty. I am now afraid of the 2nd tv like this I bought. Buyer be ware

    The tv seems fine so far but the remote is AWFUL. The center button gets stuck all the time and has a mind of its own.
