    A Small Problem

    The tv is not working properly right now. Just purchased it on December 18, 2021. Now I have to return it and get another one. I don't want to base my review on this particular one yet, because I know that some products fail. I don't want to give a bad review just because this one didn't work.

    First one was damaged on shipping. Should have been my first clue. Used very lightly for a few months and now it’s dead. It’s a cheap tv but it should last at least a year in my opinion. Spend a little more and get something better.

    ONLY 720p. Bought this for the streaming capabilities and for the apps but I went to play a normal bluray movie for the kids and the picture was awful! Did some looking at the packaging and there it was - 720P. Returned immediately! Why have streaming services on a base 720p tv that can’t properly display all the images?!?!?!?!?!

    Needs more default storage. All Fire TV's need more storage. Resolution is great. Connection to internet is good. Its been over a year and still have mine.

    I exchanged this "smart" TV for a non-smart Insignia 40" TV as it turned on by itself and raised volume on it's own. I am satisfied with my new TV. The Best Buy staff was courteous, professional and helpful.

    This brand is horrible, the screen is so bright it’s blinding when you first turn it on, the sound is horrible it’s either too low or too high I tried to adjust it several times and it shuts off on it’s on sometimes. I do love it’s a fire TV

    Will not stay on the input for my dish. Have to cut off use the TV remote to change input

    it seems like you have to turn the TV up loud in order to hear it sound quality not good.

    TV locks up with a white screen all the time and also locks up while using an app. Multiple times the system can not locate any users thru the amazon profiles. Now all the apps are missing and only live tv available. Heading to the store now to try and return or get fixed.

    TotalTech installation not being honored.

    Well, Best Buy may get more stars if they would deliver and install our TV. I am a TotalTech member, but my install date has been changed 3 times and now we’re having to wait until late November. This is just wrong.

    Works when it wants to, when i try to turn it on it wont, i have to unplug it and then wait, when it goes on the screen turns green, sometimes the tv will work then goes off several minutes later….

    Annoyed with this tv. I have had it less than two months and I cannot tell you how many times I have had to unplug it from the wall to reset it. Tough to watch anything consistently when it continuously shows error messages mid movie/show. I don’t recommend at all, too much of a hassle.
