Syracuse NY store marked as picked up when not really picked up. When called store took hours to reach to be told they release all goods to hit their sales targets and to come to the store. This is a mess and needs to be fixed. I live 90 min away and didnt pick this item up yet

DO NOT BUY!!! I bought this on March 10 2021 and it is April 6. 2021. The TV is out. No picture, No Sound just a blue screen. I came to the computer to return it and it says not returnable. So, I just gave Best Buy 190.00 for an electronic mess. REALLY!!!

The TV didn't come with a remote that's why it was on discount.
I bought 2 different remotes and still can't get the TV to work.I pretty much put $ 215.02 in the trash for buying something from the discount section. Lesson learned.

Tv worked great until the legs holding it up gave out while I was at work and found the tv cracked when I got home. Bought the purchase plan with the tv and it doesn’t cover damage. Go figure.

Was a gift for my daughter didn’t even work 24 hours. We can’t currently do anything with it since no setting or home screen will load to even log into internet or even choose to hardwire.

Absolutely horrible the screen would freeze while the program kept going! Returned it maybe it was just a bad one but nope did it with the second one returned that and got our money back and went to Costco

Got this TV last fall and it's really a great TV. It was easy to set up with the quick start instructions (download a more detailed guide). All the Prime/Fire TV icons are easy to get around and the sensitivity of its link to an OTA antenna is really good. Harrisburg is my "local" market - about 40 miles from home. But I can pull in Baltimore and DC channels as well with a roof antenna (sometimes weather permitting). Last scan found over 40 channels. My satellite's OTA link never found more than 28.
Now to the FireTV software: It's behavior is inconsistent. The sound icon works when it wants to; Alexa is OK but sometimes doesn't understand clear commands; Fire is supposed to remember regular HDMI links and always go to to last played or favorite. For example: I watch CNN every morning on my Dish. Fire is supposed to know that. It misses about three times a week which just means juggling two remotes. It also should remember the last thing I was watching when I turn the TV off. Not always. When connecting to Prime, I've found that my Roku's Prime connection is faster than Fire's. All in all, I can live with all those little things because it's really a great TV!
One more thing: I bought the TV when it was $239. A week later it was on sale for $179. I took my receipt to BestBuy and they refunded the difference so even better!

I purchased this tv for 20month old grandson, and it did not work correctly from the beginning. It was very slow and had to be reset continuously in order for the tv to work.
