Quit working after one week. Taking it back to Best Buy.

Returned immediately. Picture quality not sufficient

Screws were too short to attach legs. Returned.lol

This TV has been really good. Easy to set up and the features are good. Lightweight and good size. The picture and sound are also good.

I just got this TV for my college dorm! It is the perfect size to sit on top of my dresser. The display is amazing and its super easy to use. I like the smart TV feature because it gives me easy access to all may favorite television shows and subscriptions. Best Buy College Crew members receive products to write honest, unbiased reviews. After four days of ownership, I can report being very pleased with the online purchase and the curbside pickup of my new Insignia 39in Smart TV. The setup procedure was very easy and I was up and watching quickly. This is my first experience with a smart TV and am skeptical of using the Alexa voice activated features so I appreciate how that feature can be left turned off. I am very happy with the picture and audio qualities. This is my second Insignia 39in TV, the first having failed after only 19 months of use. Apparently, the backlight failed which I found out later could have been due to my having the brightness on full and picture set on the Vivid setting. I went with another Insignia TV because it was one of the very few models available in a 39-inch screen size, the largest that will fit in my existing cabinet. I am hoping for a more long-term experience with my new set and compliment Best Buy for a positive purchase experience.

Our Insignia TV is a perfect fit in our 5th Wheel. The picture is clear and bold and we love it. The Customer Service Team at Best Buy is exceptional and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electronics.

Great purchase! Good tv for the price (under $200 on Black Friday). Like that is interactive and it has good picture quality for the price. Sound could be but better but Is ok nonetheless.

First off the picture quality is very good. My issue is with the operating system. "Fire TV", is not intuitive to use and if watching live TV and want to switch between channels it takes 4 button press to go between channels. TV that this one replaced just took one press of a button. The TV on occasion, goes to Home Screen from a show we are watching, what's up with that!

I have had this fir about a month now. It was easy to set up WiFi and streaming. Great picture and good sound. Would definitely buy again.

Bought the TV because the price was very reasonable. The picture quality is very good, but the operating system "Fire TV" is crap. It is slow to respond to commands and what should be simple, switching between two channels take 3 steps. Had Roku in the past and it was way better. Good for the price but if it was more expensive would look elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and ease of use. Great picture and fit perfectly in my space.

Excellent TV for the price. The picture quality was excellent just the way it came, I did not have to adjust anything. Highly recommend.

So far, not overly impressed. I bought 2 of these for my girls. I’ve already had to call customer service twice. The remotes were super glitchy. I would have never figured out the tricky combo to reset them. They are slow to load and come on. Like minutes. My internet is high speed. Hopefully another call will get it sorted out and moving quicker. Picture is good. Sound is good. Slowness is our biggest annoyance.

I received this TV as a gift and I love it! There is so much free material on there, I dropped my cable and am saving a bundle. Everything about it is great; color, free apps, sound, and function. I feel like I'll be able to watch the TV for the next two years and won't run out of good things to watch. They are also adding new shows on the channels all the time. I highly recommend this TV. My cousin only buys this brand and has been highly satisfied with them.

Bought one of these for my parents' guest room (to replace a small, outdated TV) when I was visiting them in Florida for 9 days. My parents liked it so much that they bought another one for their master bedroom. The integrated FireTV is a great / convenient feature. The picture is nothing fancy (specs at 720P and 60 Hz) so personally I wouldn't consider this for a primary TV...but it's perfect for bedrooms, workout areas, etc. Great price point.

This TV has served my wife and I well for the past 3 years. I wanted to wait to write the review just to test the longevity of the tv, but I am here to say it still works perfectly. Great quality and easy to navigate interface. Highly Recommend!

Excellent television, good quality and easy to set up

Purchased this TV for guest room. Shelving holds no more than a 39" or 40" TV. Great picture detail. The only complaint: I cannot seem to set the TV to default to our TV/Internet provider via HDMI. When switched on, TV always defaults to Amazon/FireTV options. I need to instruct guests how to operate the unit. Oh well.
