It did ok for about 3.5years then it wouldn't turn on every time you tried to turn it on. It literally turned into a brick. You cannot use it for any apps. Tried to reset it, it won't turn on at all now.

No sound on HDMI ports with TV Ears

I have had this TV for 5 days. Setup was easy. However, HDMI port #1 does not work when I plug my DirecTv into it - I get a "no signal" screen message; HDMI port #2 does work but I get no sound with my TV Ears. The TV Ears work fine with the apps, but not with HDMI ports. I am not sure if I need to return the TV (bought online thru BestBuy) or what my options are.

I wanted to like this tv but now I wish I hadn’t bought it. It takes 3 tries of turning it on & off or unplugging it and plugging back in to get it to work correctly. Half the time the remote either won’t work or one press will have it scrolling all over. It also idles continuously sometimes and takes forever to get off the start screen. It is the only tv in my house that does this and they are all on the same network.

TV is less than 3 years old and the sound is constantly glitching. Apps take forever to load sometimes, and it’s not an Internet issue. Not sure I’d buy this again.

Don't bother - Software Issue w/ the Home Screen

This TV was great - for a short time. Several months in, I started having issues with it flipping back to the home screen randomly. I watch the news via antenna and some days I can't get thru 30 minutes without it cutting back to the home screen 2-3 times. Which means I have to find the remote & go back to the channel I was watching again. Its super annoying and I miss more news segments this way. I've called in for support and reset the TV several times. I've googled and tried all the different fixes - it makes no difference.

This TV has got to be the worse TV i have ever bought or owned. We bought it for our sons room in September and from day 1 this TV was junk, i wish i would’ve just returned it but i didn’t want to mess with the return process at the time because i don’t live real close to a Best Buy. This thing always freezes, i mean ALWAYS, it freezes more than it actually works. I have to unplug this thing 10 times a day to reset it to even come back on. If you value your sanity, don’t buy it. I’m not sure if i got a dud considering all the good reviews this TV has but it is a terrible terrible tv. I most definitely do not recommend getting this TV.

Lasted 14 months and screen became white. IT was a problem with the display. I didn't buy any extended warranty but didn't expect to have it go out after 14 months also when the manufacturer warranty expired. Not worth fixing because the price to fix it would be more than the TV itself. Sad thing is I have more than one of these TV's and wondering how long they will last. I wouldnt recommend this tv. You get what you pay for.
