I have had about a year and half now and the image now has purple vertical line through it.
Great while it lasted...guess you get what you pay for on this product.

Buyer beware - in store stock not accurate.

Ordered online with 3 showing available in store for pickup that day. Now being told the earliest available pickup is 10 days from date of order (but perhaps longer). No solutions offered. Customer care copy/pasted scripts that did not address the issue in any way. Could have had it shipped to my door by other providers faster than best buys same day curbside pickup, but now i passed on those deals to order here. Shame on best buy.

Tv stopped working after 18 months. One day gave a network connection error. After resetting the TV, it’s stuck on remote pairing screen. We’ve tried everything to pair the remote (new batteries, new remote) and nothing works.

After only 5 days and used about a total of 3 of those days, the screen went dark grey and no more picture. Called the help line and they said it was a defect. I did a google search and apparently this has been a problem for years. Should of done my research first before buying.
