Remote control lag is infuriating.

The last one was mediocre so I had high hopes for this one. The picture is fantastic, I like the Alexa component to the remote, and the sound stays constant. However, the lag on the remote is ridiculous. I end up clicking on a bunch of things I don't want thinking the remote isn't responding and eventually have to turn the TV on and off. If they could fix that, this TV would be perfect, but it's infuriating otherwise.
