This was to be used in our garage so I didn't care if it was marked. When we received this fridge it was 100 percent clean and free of marks. Only has been plugged in for about two weeks but absolutely no complaints!

Leaks

I called Best Buy and they said they can't help me and to call insignia and gave me a number 1877 467 4289. Apparently that was insignias number but the person introduced himself as being from geek squad and tried to trouble shoot but couldn't. I am beyond frustrated with my only option being to physically return it. Well, I have a very small vehicle and this will not fit. It's why I ordered online. The quality of my fridge isn't good and the customer service is even worse!

No dents but it's broke!

I've read a lot of reviews that the product comes dented, mine looks like it is in perfect condition but it doesn't work! The freezer gets nice and cold but the fridge not so much and it's making a high-pitched sound! I will be returning it and buying a different brand

Decent, but not great

I spend most of the day in my office, so when this fridge went on sale at such a cheap price, I bought it so that I wouldn't have to walk all the way to the kitchen if I wanted a cold drink. The fridge has minor cosmetic dents on the front, and the interior crisper drawer has a major crack running diagonally across the entire front. I'm also not completely happy with its ability to keep things cool. The highest setting is 7. On that setting, the freezer gets very cold, and the fridge gets very cold--but things don't *stay* cold for very long once I remove them from the fridge. My regular kitchen fridge keeps canned soda cold enough that it'll stay cold for at least an hour after I remove the can from the fridge. Once I remove a canned soda from this fridge, it starts to warm up immediately, and within an hour it's like it was never in the fridge at all. I like the price I paid for it, and I like the convenience of having it in my office, but it'd be nice if it kept things colder for a longer period of time.

You will defrost manually every day! Will regret

Well just like other reviews, the body/paint outside was scratched. That was not a big deal for me but then after finding out frost/ice build up in the back of the lower compartment fridge in less than 24 hours after it was plugged was a major upset. Apparently you have to defrost the fridge everyday manually. The manual said it was to be done once every three months or when it was 1/4 inch thick. Well in less than 24 hours the lower compartment (back) not the freezer had frost in the back thicker than 1/4 inch.

Paid 109.99 plus tax after college coupon and sale price. NO DENTS! So far it works just like it is supposed to. I will revise this review if that changes.

Junk

This junk is loosing power by the day. Fridge is just over room temp on highest setting and the freezer gets stuff frozen but still liquid.

1st fridge damaged, 2nd stopped working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st fridge arrived damaged, dents, and scratches. i called best buy and they shipped me a replacement. when i received the replacement, it stopped working 20 days after. now im out of a fridge because best buy won't do anything since its past the 15 day period. ridiculous. i believe these are faulty defective fridges.

Arrived Damaged & Poor Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As with other reviews, the refrigerator arrived severely damaged - it is cracked in several places on the outside, the produce door is broken and the door is somewhat off of its hinges. I contacted customer service and asked for a discount in lieu of going through the trouble of an exchange. (The damage seems to be cosmetic only and the fridge is for my work office, so I don't really care what it looks like.) I was offered an exchange or a $15 gift card, which isn't acceptable as far as I'm concerned. I'm returning the fridge. I don't need the $15 since I won't be shopping here anymore.

An absolute nightmare

There appeared to be golf ball sized hail indentions on the front of it. The sides of the fridge were scratched and the corner of the fridge was dented in. The plastic drawer inside was cracked. The styrofoam on the packaging was not ripped or punctured, so I know that the damage was not done during shipping. I needed the fridge relatively soon, so I went to Home Depot and bought an identical refrigerator with a different logo for the same price. There are other reviews mentioning a damaged fridge as well, so I would not take my chances ordering this item.
