It’s a really good stove

INSTALLATION PROCESS WAS THE WORSE!!

It took them almost 3 weeks to install the stove after it was delivered. It would have taken longer had I not called nonstop about it. None of it was the install companies fault. It was all Best Buys fault for the process taking so long. Best Buy did a horrible job on there end of taking care of this process. Also, with all the customer service people I spoke to. Which i believe ended up being about 5 or 6. All but 1 lied to me and that extended the time even more. Wasn't offered anything for the time I wasted taking off work to wait on installers Best Buy said they scheduled, but didn't, or for the amount of time my stove I paid for sat in my kitchen floor not being able to use. I will definitely rethink using Best Buy again.

If you have propane and need the conversion be aware. If you have natural gas should be smooth sailing but no clear path for conversion kit.
