    This product was purchased in October 2024, I probably used the oven maybe 8 to 10 times and on Thanksgiving day 2026 it was given me a E17 sign. I called Best Buy and I have to pay to have it diagnosed. This is so terrible.

    Great deal on an open item stove. Process was quick and easy. The stove is excellent. The air fryer feature is the best. Kids use the airfryer all the time.

    It boils water in about a third less time than my previous stove. The oven is slightly small but will manage 95% of what you will cook. It’s a great stove.

    INSTALLATION PROCESS WAS THE WORSE!!

    First, I love the stove. The reason for 1 star is the install process. It took them almost 3 weeks to install the stove after it was delivered. It would have taken longer had I not called nonstop about it. None of it was the install companies fault. It was all Best Buys fault for the process taking so long. Best Buy did a horrible job on there end of taking care of this process. Also, with all the customer service people I spoke to. Which i believe ended up being about 5 or 6. All but 1 lied to me and that extended the time even more. Wasn't offered anything for the time I wasted taking off work to wait on installers Best Buy said they scheduled, but didn't, or for the amount of time my stove I paid for sat in my kitchen floor not being able to use. I will definitely rethink using Best Buy again.
