    Oven broke a little over 12 months from purchase . Called Best Buy for Service, which was good and responsive unfortunately I was told part was not available and they would be unable to fix it. This is unacceptable for a large ticket item and lasting just over warranty!, I will never buy this brand again. I actually feel like I was scammed.

    I've not been able to use this range because it needs to be converted for use with propane and no one has the kit necessary for the conversion. Best buy doesn't seem to carry the kit for this range that was manufactured by them.
