Did have ut for a week and it start beeping I look at the on the stove it had a code E12 so i went to the manual to look up E12 it told you to hit the clear button tried that several times and still doing the same thing so i called the company and explained what was going on and they told me to call for another stove because it's broke. It's now been 2weeks and i still have the broken stove which i am trading it out for a different stove a samsung. I like bestbuys but it don't make no sense that i have to b inconvenient for almost 3 weeks just to receive my new stove they really need to accommodate me for the inconvenience.

My stove went out. The agents was very unhelpful after the Greek squad told them to replace. Best Buy ordered the part and it’s not available. Nobody call me to tell me it wasn’t working. I have not use my stove in 14 days and been buying out food. Now they have to replace it and it’s Christmas time and I can’t cook. Best sales a lot of default items. I did contact a lawyer because of this.
