    Bought the tv from the online best buy store. The tv was sent to my house broken. When I called and tried to schedule a pickup it became a high hassle. So I ended up hauling the tv to the nearest best buy for exchange. The whole point of having it delivers was so I wouldn't have to carry it. Never again will I order an item to be sent to my house

      Unfortunately in some cases products are damaged in shipping.     Great price...should've gotten the protection plan. Randomly stopped working about 14 months after we bought it. Wtf?! I've never had a tv do this...randomly turn off or on by itself every 2-3 minutes...so disappointing. Tried soft reset and updating software & nothing has worked. Geek squad here we come...
