fragile product!

I carefully put it down from my desk and mount it to the wall. When I open it, the screen is cracked without any physical touching! DO NOT BUT IT! I went to nearby best buy. The salesman told me the only thing he can help is recycle it for free.

Internal crack or problem

Left it there so I wouldn't have to pay to throw it away. Will not shop at Best Buy again!
