Took it in for repairs and Geek Squad told us it would cost more of fix it than a new TV. Would NOT recommend this brand for purchasing from Best Buy. Geek Squad Tech had conflicting repair advice.

Received item promptly however it did not work right out of the box. Took it in to nearest best buy to find out they don't have any in stock. Options were refund, send it out to fix, or try to find similar priced tv. The closest one was an extra $100. What's most disappointing was it stated it was inspected and cleaned by geek squad, apparently someone dropped the ball because IMHO a television not turning on would be a red flag. Wasted time, gas, and headache just to go into retail store anyway.

Support directly from insignia was rude and horrible. Store mgr offered. $50 on new purchase. The only saving grace similar product was on sale. Worse time to spend money when you are already strapped with holiday debt. Credit was reduced because I bought warranty protection. Unfortunate. Expected at least 3-5 years from tv. Flat screens are not as reliable as fat back tv
