Bought this TV and not even an hour later the picture went out. Called Best Buy and they told me to return the TV. I tried to troubleshoot it before calling Best Buy and of course it didn't work. Won't be getting this TV again.

Do not waste your money on an Insignia TV. My TV died after only 14 months of use. I have read that a lot of people have had similar problems with Insignia.

The picture colors are weak and unnatural and the picture is not crisp at all when compared to my older Samsung 6350. I am returning it to exchange to buy a more expensive other brand.

Bought this tv as a Veterans Day gift for myself. It gets a lot of use as I am retired. Got the picture and sound the way I like it by using the remote and i was very happy with the unit. Less then six months later the picture went black I was watching it at the time and it gave no warning. It is under factory warranty and i hope it won't take too long for the repair or replacement.

The tv quality is very bad. Very blurry and not good. :/ I'd buy a Sony tv next time like the one in my living room which is 100x better.

If the image on the TV appears blurry, pull up the TV menu and see if it is sharp and clear. If it is, that shows that your incoming signal is Standard Definition. In order to have a sharp, clear high quality picture you will want to be connected to a High Definition source. - Jon, Insignia Support

I bought this tv thinking it was the Roku Tv version. It was not and I promptly exchanged it. For almost the same price you can buy the smart version with built in wifi.

I purchased this TV in August 2014, I have it in my living room where I don't spend much time. The TV has been on less than 30 times in the time that I've had it. I had no issue with it until a few days ago when it would not turn on! I've tried over and over again and it will not turn on. I did purchase the warranty but I'm having trouble finding it. Ugh
