A nice young man did an excellent job of providing information. I especially appreciated his friendly & UNHURRIED sales approach. I did not know Best Buy had its private tv brand until he told me. So, I ended up with the Insignia 40" model along with a 5-year warranty. I'm quite pleased with my purchasing experience. The salesman was great & I'm enjoying my tv as I write this!
