Great, quality product. Reasonable price for the quality. I use it for gaming, Netflix, etc. and I love it. Great picture and superb sound.

Bought this for my Mom, She is very happy with it, it is not a smart TV but she don't need that kind anyway in here elder age! I usually shy away from unknown brand name TV's but was informed this model was actually made by LG for Best Buy which Insignia is there own house brand from the sale person that sold it to me!, Plus got the Geek Squad protection package for it just in case!...Again very happy with it overall so far!

This was a great buy. I purchased it because I already own 2 other Insignias. Im very satisfied.

Very nice picture. It is used mainly for gaming on. For a flat screen, the sound/speakers is much better than the LG I bought a while ago.

This TV was surprisingly light for being 40 inches. It offers a good quality picture and good sound. I am very happy with this purchase.

There was jo tv remote in it. Even though it was an open box the box never said not included

We love this TV! We bought it for our grandma and it has a great picture, good sound quality and was everything we could have hoped for.

shopping around i found a great TV. The price was right, just what I wanted. I can honestly say that it's the best set I've ever had.

good deal for 40 inch 1080. bought for mother in law who has small place.but this tv still has good enough size and picture to enjoy!

I had some bad pixels on my 1st set within 15 days and attempted to return it . Best Buy staff refused, stating that the damage was physical damage caused apparently by my handling of the set, based on a small crack in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. I was then told that I should have bought the warranty against accidental handling damage ("AHD"). I purchased the same set a 2nd time with the Best Buy extended warranty. When I went to pick it up, I asked the Best Buy employee to confirm that it was covered against AHD. He confirmed. I then asked another employee if it was covered for AHD. He denied it was. Further discussions led me to the understanding that you can purchase a warranty for AHD on other products, such as computers, but not for televisions. I've had several other Insignia televisions I liked so I went ahead and purchased the television without the Best Buy warranty and resolved to handle any future Insignia televisions like they were fragile eggs. I really wonder if the Best Buy warranty on televisions is worth the additional cost? I would also recommend confirming what a Best Buy warranty covers with a manager.

I have never bought an Insignia before. We tried it and very glad we did. The price was great. Overall very happy with our new tv.

It is very light. Sound great and has wonderful picture. Not too cheap of a tv and knowing you got a great deal with this quality.

TV arrived broken but was able to return and exchange at local store with no problem. Picture is very clear with beautiful color.

bought this so my child could play video games with a larger screen. Inexpensive and does the trick without going over the top.

This TV is great for the price and picture. I like the fact that is has 3 HDMI and an optical audio out-put for my surround bar.
