We get it out of the box and set it up and it has snow and lines and flickering down half of the screen. We're exchanging it this week. Hopefully the next one will work!

Relied on salesman after telling him it was for my teenagers room and that she'd be watching netflix. Threw out box before she returned from vacation. This 'upgrade' sucks

However, let me remind you that if you purchased this product after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number.
