Great value.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent picture. Ok audio. Little bit thicker than other LEDs but costs half of most other 43in TVs. I used a mount for 32-39 in v and it fits right. It is very light. Takes about 20 -30 secs to boot up when powered on.

Solid TV for Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV after taking back a 40" Westinghouse, and I am very happy I did. The Westinghouse felt cheap, and this Insignia feels pretty solid. The speakers on the other TV were pretty bad, while these speakers are sufficient. There isn't anything super special about this TV, but overall it's a good/great TV. The price is awesome for the quality, and I wouldn't trade it for a more expensive one for any reason. The picture output is not something to brag about, and you have to adjust the settings quite a bit to get it pleasing to the eye (at least I did); however, you won't complain about the quality of the picture either. I am happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Nice Size TV For The Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although Insignia is not usually my first choice, I was pleasantly surprised with this 43" model. It definitely served its purpose and would recommend for anyone on a specific budget.

Buyer's Remorse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really should have regarded the warnings about this television's defective HDMI ports. I thought I may be a lucky person and not have those problems. None of my three HDMI ports work correctly. The ARC (1) worked for one hour. Port #2 worked for 2 days and port #3 hasn't worked at all. My family watches television programming through ROKU and we have not had consistency since I purchased this dud. I am so very disappointed as the rating score was great and price was competitive. I am a previous VIZIO owner and wanted to try something different. Unfortunately, I have to re-package this defective tv, waste my valuable time and spend gas money to travel across town for a return. I am highly upset about that! As you can see in the photos, there is a thin line of visual behind the malady. In other details, the stand is too low. Dependent upon the height of your tv stand, you will find yourself looking down instead of straight forward to watch tv. I enjoyed the sound quality. It was not low at all. The picture is terrible. Dark, pixelated, and not crisp or clean with movements. Certainly not a HD experience. My family and I are not big tv watchers. We read more than anything. But the few times we wanted to watch the news and share a family movie night over the weekend were ruined by this defective tv. I am hopeful that each individual Insignia 43" is not like this one. I'm sure there must be some good ones. Unfortunately, that is not my case :(

Great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It came time for an update on our TV, as we had one of the first 32" Insignia equipped with Pandora and Netflix. Since we had no issues with the manufacturer, we decided it wouldn't hurt to stick with them and we were right as we are satified with the quality of the product. It is real slim and produces some quality picture whether it be regular cable, movie, or game system. Don't regret our purchase

Good picture but didn't last.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the TV for about 2 years. Picture was fine for the price paid. However now I have a 1 inch tall white line across the very bottom of the screen and a couple of lines down the right side of the screen. I shouldn't be having problems this soon.

ok tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the picture is fair after lots of adjustments if you have hd channels then its better. the sound is really off sounds like wind blowing causing the sound like if u were talking on phone with window down in car. I have the 40 insignia smart tv little more money but it looks great on non-hd channels. seems 43 and up picture aint has good. had a 43 lg it was bad picture on all channels I could adjust settings and still not very good

Tv ok but not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv is ok and has worked fine, but as of late it doesn't connect with wifi or firestick consistently. I've had for over 5 years, but was told it wouldn't last 2... so I'm glad about that. I'm considering getting something else.

Blank Screen after a couple days
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The screen would go blank after a couple hours of use. The audio of my external device would still play through the tv speakers but the picture would go black. I tried checking to see if it was my tv or my external device by pressing the menu button on the tv remote and nothing apeared. It was surely the tv and not my xbox. The entire tv was un-usable if the screen went black. The only thing that helped was if I restarted the power to the tv itself, but it would soon revert back to its blank screen thing every 10 min or so. I took the tv back to the store to try a different unit. Hopefully it doesnt happen again. Its a slick looking tv when it works properly!
