Some new phones does not come with a charging block! Most new phones uses USB-C. Sooo, if you are looking for one like this you have to either buy it at the phone store or somewhere else. We preferred to get it from Best Buy. It was a great choice and reasonably priced, plus it allows us to charge two phones or our watch and phone at the same time. It also charges super fast!

Great for travel

I use it for travel (fast charge my iPhone and watch and swap out the cord to charge my iPad Pro as well) and bought a second one to power a stereo pair of two of my HomePod minis to free up a plug. Photos show the front/back and then a size comparison to a 20w Apple charger.

That is a big pet peeve of mine when an adapter blocks more than one outlet. This one doesn't. Having 2 20 watt USB c outlets in one small package for less than $30 is excellent.

All USB cables are going in this direction and no one is GIVING you the box for the outlet to plug into!.. so it is a necessity for your devices!!

Great Portable Charging Brick Replacement

It charges any of my laptops with no problem and allows me to avoid carrying those heavy power bricks that come standard with them. The only drawback is that when you plug in another device, the 45w gets cut in half and is not sufficient enough at that time to power a laptop and a smartwatch at the same time. Overall smaller portable devices at the same time is a breeze. I do recommend this little guy if you're looking for a convenient way to carry a laptop charger. I have a Yoga I7 and a 2020 13" MBP for work - charges each out perfectly.

However, I could hear a very high pitch hum even when nothing was plugged in so I may have had a defective unit. I ended up returning it and went with an Anker brand charger instead.
