After getting it home, we mounted it on the wall and turned it on. It was on for about 2-5 minutes and then I turned it off. The next day I went to turn it on and the screen was black. There was flashing red light in the lower left corner of the TV. Initially, I thought there was a quick fix to my problem because I read online that this frequently happens but when I took it to customer service they were ready to exchange it for another TV. All of this was fine however, I really suggest counting all of the screws and other pieces prior to doing anything with your TV. My box did not include screws for the TV stand which I didn't care about since I was mounting it on a wall; however, when trying to return it, they charged me $40 for the 4 screws that were missing.

The sales person hooked us up with matching sound bar (which this tv does not need) but I thought that I wanted one all for under my budget of $500! Great value. Picture is very good. I would buy more if I needed them.
