The picture looked pretty good for the price over the air and Netflix via Amazon Fire stick. I found when watching blu rays however the images were a little 'soft'. Some might not notice this and even I wondered if I was crazy. I returned it for a cheap Samsung LED and it wasn't my imagination. Quite a difference. Still not bad for the price. I'd rather just spend a little more for a known name.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my kids Grandma. I was completely astounded at the richness of the colors and the deep blacks. In fact, this Insignia has much better color reproduction than my own more expensive Vizio unit. It's not just some "good TV for the price". This is a good TV period. I recommend this TV without any reservations whatsoever.

I purchased the 48' Insignia TV not even 6 months ago and it has already stopped working. It keeps shutting on and off every few seconds and there is no picture or sound and no channels will work. Thank god I purchased this TV with the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan! I only purchased this TV because the price was great and the ratings were good. Not sure how this TV has a 4 star rating? I googled Insignia reviews and they are horrible with only a 1-2 star rating. Do yourself a favor a spend the extra money on a Vizio or Samsung! I wish I could simply return this TV all together and buy something better.

We're very happy with our new TV. It was up and running in seconds, has a very nice picture and the sound quality is much better than our last TV. We have an Insignia bluray also and have been happy with that as well. We didn't choose to buy by brand, but by price and for what we paid, we are thrilled with the product.

I got this on sale for $299 at BestBuy. To get a tv of this size and quality for that price is amazing. It was super easy to set up, and the picture quality is very good. It seems to be well made and of very good quality as well. No complaints at all.

I bought this tv a year ago. I've never had any problems with it. Has about a half a dozen visual settings that were super easy to set. Put it on the wall mount myself, and hooked up all the video game consoles very quickly. Love this tv!

Was looking to upgrade from my insignia LCD 39" that I've had from 3 years. This TV is a great size and clarity for what I wanted. Also happy it has 2 HDMI ports which is what I was looking for.

Honestly the best tv for the price. I play a lot of video games and stream a lot of shows and this tv runs like a champ. Highly recommended.

This is a very good quality television. I think it is the best bang for your buck.

This tv was very easy to set up and worked fine for about a year. Now it shuts on and off randomly while we are watching it and it's getting more frequent now. I don't think a TV should break just over a year. I'm very dissapointed and the 1 year warranty is over. I have to unplug it every night so I can have it work for maybe an hour the next day.

This was one of my first tv brought from best buys it lasted for 2 years and then boom sound went. I had too many issues after that.
