I wanted a larger TV for the living room and thought this would be a good choice. The set-up was easy and at first the picture was fine. After about 15 minutes, the picture quality quickly deteriorated. I tried adjusting the settings, checking cables, etc. No luck... returned it and exchanged it for a Samsung 48". No issue with Bestbuy customer service, just the quality of this particular set.

Posted .Because of various Green Initiatives we no longer include manuals in the package, but do make them available through our website for download or printing. This set does have a analog video in terms of the Y/Video jack on the RCA connections that is intended for Composite use. The lack of VGA input and programming Menu are points I will forward to engineers, and thank you for that feedback. The last 3 points would justify having the TV reviewed by Geek Squad under the 1 year Manufacturers Warranty. –Jon, Insignia Support
