Needed an inexpensive smart TV and decided to pick this one up. Picture is great. It's not 4K, but it's very good for a 1080p unit. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the sound is thin. No mid bass/bass whatsoever, even on the high bass setting. I have 3 other flat screens and even the smallest 19" unit sounds fuller. Otherwise everything works great. Netflix comes up quick and the menu is responsive for all functions. Streaming is full HD and smooth, even Roku casting works well.

Uhm its not really the 48 inchs it says on the box

The tv remote simply sucks had to call support because not even the cable guy could get it to work! Best Buy reccomended this tv to me and I was actually looking at a more expensive one and they still suggested this one next time I will go with my gut!

bought it because it was on sale and was a smart tv with 1080p resolution. my only issue with it is sometimes it will freeze and i will have to unplug it and plug it back in and its fine after that. the sound is very high pitched so be prepared to buy a sound bar for it or external speakers. my girlfriend bought the same tv after i bought it and she hasn't had any problems with the freezing so i guess it's not common. i did opt for the geek squad 2 year warranty so not worried at all about the issue since i can just swap it out if it gets worse. great smart tv on a budget and now on sale for 300 which is 50 cheaper then i got it for 2 months ago but whatever.
