    Not blaming insignia but I think it was just bad to begin with, Best Buy ask no questions and returned it

    Freezer Failed Within 1 Week

    Purchased, brought home, plugged in, and waited to cool to temp. 24 hours later, added small amount of frozen goods. Added more on 3rd day. Somewhere around 5 days later, checked freezer to find all frozen goods thawed. Returned to store. Not worth the hastle when it cannot work for a week.

    After a month only the bottom portion of the freezer actually freezes. Lost a ton of food and breast milk. Highly disappointed in this product, I would not recommend.

    Dents very easy. The material is soft on outside. Also the cord is very short. You need an extension of the outlet is not right next to it.

    Waste of money

    Brought freezer got it home plugged in for 3 hrs. Cant open the lid. I call i am told return it back to store. I hate i wasted money. Now i need to load it up not to mention box is flat. Never again!!!!!

    This is a great freezer unit. The design is great, and has more than enough space for our needs (2 adults). I am 5 feet and 5 inches tall, and can easily reach the bottom. There have been absolutely no issues with the freezer keeping our food frozen thoroughly, and the light is a nice additional feature. With no shelves, I rotate our stocked items, keeping the most recently bought at the bottom to top, left to right. This is a simple enough process. We have saved a bit buy meats on sale, and also are able to stock and store or snake's frozen rats (sealed in bags, and then in a sealed, water proof container) with ease. Great price and phenomenal product. Thank you, Best Buy.

    I cannot say that this product is 100% good. Most products now breaks after a few months. Bestbuy’s review process has an issue. It asks you to review to get points but you only used it for a few days. Of course it will be good at the time. By the time you used it for a few months it breaks and Best Buy won’t allow you to redo your review.

    Do yourself a favor and skip this and all insignia products. The freezer stopped working and also I got an insignia air fyer that is called for a recall because it sets on fire. Find a reputable brand for your safety. And it doesn’t save money as they break early.

    We were happy with the product, but it stopped working after only 2 years with normal usage. We expected a longer-lasting product.

    Do not buy. Great reviews, but cooling completely stopped working after owning this for 40 days. I’ve lost all groceries and Best Buy is not easy to work with on returns. Insignia and Best Buy are each pointing fingers back at each other while I the customer am at a loss.

    The freezer was damaged upon opening it. It has a big dint in it.

    Definitely does the job well! Holds large bag of ice for frozen cocktails! Holds fro meats for the best BBQs ! Great freeer with enough space to freeze many different things - saves things from going bad and throwing food away! Yet small enough to fit in my laundry room! We have had it for 3 years with no complaints!

    I did curbside order for this product. The box was fine however when I got home and took it out of the box the bottom and left side were damaged. It makes me so mad knowing that someone deliberately put that product in a box to sell knowing that it was damaged. Other than the damage it not a bad little freezer.

    It was my bad experience with best buy. Since I was bought that, it still not working properly. No ice in the bottom. And I don't know what I suppose to do.

    Bought December 24th 2020. Freezer no longer freezes as of 9/20/21. Set to max and the walls are warm to the touch. It didn't even last a year. Cost our family over $400 worth off food. Stay away from Insignia.

    Unit looked nice, but FAILED and STOPPED WORKING entirely after 138 days. Exactly 18 days after my credit card stopped covering the loss/damage. And Insignia has been impossible to get on the phone regarding the warranty. I lost $2,000 worth of meat and caviar. Devastating.

    Picked it up contactless delivery -- got it home and there was a huge gash on the back of the unit. One of the feet is missing so it doesn't sit level. Called bestbuy and they wouldn't do anything about it. Had to contest the charge on my credit card

    I used the freezer for only 5 days, then was making a lot of noise and stop running. not worth to hassle and bring it back I got a new freezer from home depot. it was not a good experience and bad marketing for best buy. you can not stay in business this way thanks

    This freezer failed within 3 weeks of purchase. We loss a few hundred dollars in food and to make things worst, Best Buy informed us that we only had a 15 day store warranty.
