Absolutely horrible. Light stays on but it consistently defrosts completely then refreezes. I have lost a ton of food. I’ve only had it for a little less than 2 months.

Terrible freezer. Went to take something out and realized everything was ruined. Had purchased $100 worth of food the other day in addition to everything else that was in it. Two months old.... Hope best buy will take this back with all the food still inside.

I picked up the freezer and plugged it in and waited until it got cold. But once we but food in it the temperature would not go below 32.

While the size is perfect for an apartment, the temperature is off. I've had the freezer for a week and the lowest it gets is 10 degrees and that is when it is on max.

Purchased in Aug 2021, gone bad in Nov 2021, temp. gone from -10 to 20F-30F. Called support, they don't know what to do, give me one number to another to call, first one gave me Whirlpool number instead of Insignia.

Worked 90 days then quit. And of course Best Buy only warrants appliances for 15 days so I'm stuck trying to work out a return with a manufacturer in China. Wish I could give this freezer, and Best Buy, zero stars. Never again.

This freezer is the perfect size for extra food storage. It fits well in a small section of my garage. The Best Buy salesman made the transaction very quickly and simple. And, it was also delivered by their wonderful delivery service to my home. Thanks for having such a great team of employees.

Arrived with a large dent in the side at the bottom. Returned it and got a smaller freezer with no dents. My advice...check it before you take it home.
