It seemed as if the box had never been opened. Little did we know upon getting home & unloading it the bottom of the box wasn't secure. We didn't notice when leaving because employees loaded it for us. Well the tv was a returned product. It had roaches inside of it & the box. Tags vday cards misc trash & no remote no tv stand I suppose previous buyer mounted it or just couldn't get the stand to fit back inside the box. I was so angry. I have never purchased another big or expensive product from the same store since. I now drive across town & open my big/expensive purchases in store to be sure they're complete & not used before leaving. I wasn't able to turn it on nor set it up.
