Insignia's got me!

It takes abuse from the daily PS4 grind from my son, the marathon movie watching from Amazon Prime and the internet (connect a laptop or a chromecast... it becomes a SMART TV instantly). So a year on this baby rocks value, quality and durability

I tell you this is not 4k, so obviously it might not be as sharp or Ultra HD as some of the higher end ones, but for this price and to get a 1080 screen at 55" is kind of unbeatable if you're like me and just want the larger screen space. Even at 1080 it looks great, movies look great, it has decent sound (just adjust the settings). I d recommend to watch the tv from 9 to 10 ft away and straight in front of it for better viewing.

This TV has a great picture and great sound. I wasn't really looking for a TV that day but couldn't pass up a 350$ 55 in her. This is the 3rd insignia TV I have purchased, one is more than 3 years old, no issues yet.

It has been excellent for the price at the time I purchased it. It gets the job done but it's not a super quality HD tv. In doing so I was comfortable in purchasing a 55 inch tv January. We are still young so we have been looking for a good tv at a low price but my next tv will be a UHD4k tv mainly for sports and high action movies.
