For $280 (I got it on sale), this has got to be the deal of the century. I replaced my 8 year old Samsung with this guy, and I tell you what, the colors and images are better than my old expensive Samsung. The box or specs don't say that it's QLED technology, but I saw a comment that said it was. Anyway, the picture sure is nice, that's for sure. And it has FireTV built it, and it even works with my old Fire Recast DVR that is no longer supported by Amazon. This is a no brainer. I wish all my purchases were this easy. Thanks!!

It comes with all the applications I need, and they’re incredibly easy to navigate. The salesman at Best Buy was exceptionally helpful and highly recommended this TV. A big shoutout to him! Overall, it’s a fantastic TV with no complaints. Plus, the screen is still visible even when it’s super bright outside.

Samsung user interface takes a little getting used to, and frustrating that the remote is not back lit on a $3K tv but the picture is so good i didnt drop any stars. Had it for a month and we absolutely love watching tv again. At time the picture seems to real to be true and almost looks 3D.

Just frustrating

The TV itself is very good, size and price are great. The issue came after I hung the TV on the wall and turned it on. The user interface (FireTV) is so slow and clunky that it is very hard to use. And yes the software is up to date. I really like the Insignia brand and I own several of them with the built in FireTV. But with this one when I push a button on the remote I have to wait several seconds after each push before anything happens on the screen. Push any button too many times and you’re in for an adventure trying to get to the app tile you wanted. It’s very frustrating to say the least. It’s a shame that I am now going to have to buy a Fire Stick to use in a FireTV that is brand new. I just can’t recommend this particular TV.

It’s got great features, Alexa remote control. The only thing I would fix would be the mounting holes, they’re in a weird spot which ultimately we had to buy a new mount vs the stud-less one which that sucked. All in all, total recommend
