Nice but mine had a defect

Horrible, Horrible Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this item and had high hopes for it until I tried to plug in my iPhone 4 and found out it didn't work. I contacted customer service who gave me the run around and finally informed me of a firmware upgrade for the new generation iPods and iPhones, but guess what, it doesn't work either. Then customer service advised me to return the product for another of the same model to make sure it wasn't just that item and again disappointment. I finally contacted customer service a fourth time and they said that tech support was aware of the non-downloadable firmware and they were gonna fix it within 24 hours, but they have still failed to do so a week later. I wouldn't recommend buying any insignia product as even the Best Buy employee informed me, the products are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to quality.

light sensor is defective

Great idea for a camera frame
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It has issues staying on it powers on and off without warning. Has some difficulty hooking up the ipod to the dock. Overall its ok if those issues werent there it would be a great product.
