Awful - do not buy "open box"...ever...

I bought this "open box" (but inspected by Geek Squad and guaranteed to be in excellence condition) - drove an hour away to get it, and then it didn't even work. It also came with missing pieces/instruction manual in English. The needle scratched one of my new vinyls. Immediately went to Best Buy to ask someone to look at it/possibly fix it, but the guy working at Geek Squad laughed and said "I don't know how to fix that." I asked for a new one, and he said nope. So I returned. Super disappointed in my experience.

Don't waste your time

Boy was I wrong, first off, I couldn't get it to play without either distorting the sound or constantly skipping. Even with adjusting the weights it still skipped. It's a brand new vinyl so that isn't the cause, and the record player is on a flat sturdy surface. Not to mention, the volume on this thing is a joke. I paired it with my bluetooth & no sound came out. I know the speaker works because it played music from my phone without any issue. This thing is a waste of money. Just do yourself a favor and pay more money for something better.
