Great vinyl player for a low price, easy connect to a Bluetooth speaker.

I HATE to give this only 2 stars, but almost immediately one of the hinges on the dust cover snapped in half. Two weeks later I can't find a replacement hinge, Best Buy wants to replace the entire turntable (which is a total WASTE), and this is why selling disposable garbage drives up prices and fills up trash cans. It's a really, REALLY, good mid-range turntable, especially for the price, but if I have to cover it up with a bath towel because they can't send me a 20-cent HINGE for the dust cover.......... that's why it loses 3 stars. It's a BEST BUY (INSIGNIA)-branded item. I'd expect to easily get a part for it (from BEST BUY). Silly me.

We love this player easy setup! Love the ease of use! So much my 10 year old can use it.

Lack of automatic play feature makes it a little bit more difficult to use. But otherwise this record player represents good value for price. Components also feel very sturdy and well-made

I love this record player. I just started collecting vinyl and this was definitely the record player I needed. Definitely something I would recommend to anyone that also wants to start a vinyl collection.

It seems like a good unit for the reasonable price. The hinged cover requires more height to fully open than I built into my audio rack, which was designed for a lift-off cover. I like the line level output option, which should be good for feeding directly to a CD recorder.

Service was quick on line, delivered much sooner than expected..Its a gift so i cant make any reviews on the turntable

I purchased this turntable 2/11/22 and it sounded great. I felt good about my purchase until 3/13/23 when it quit working - one month and 2 days after the warranty ran out. I took it to Best Buy with the intent of paying to have it repaired, only to learn they don't repair them. The Geek Squad told me that if I had brought it in during the warranty period, they would have pitched it and gave me a new one off of the shelf. Not likely to purchase this or any other Insignia product anytime soon. The motor stopped turning.

I needed a simple record player and was not able to configure the proper counterweight/ anti-skate level so the record kept skipping and repeating. This player was too complicated for my level so I exchanged for a different record player

Does not work. The motor which turns the turntable does not power up. Taking it back today.

I bought 2 of these as gifts (for my wife and daughter), they worked for a few days and then the power knob stopped working on both of them! I've returned one for a full refund and last night the 2nd one broke so hopefully I can get a refund on it too (though it's 2 weeks past their 15 day return window). This thing had a lot of great reviews so I had really high hopes for these. Really disappointed.

I loved all the features but the power switch broke. I swapped it out for another and the same thing happened to the new one a few days later. Very disappointing. Ended up just getting a refund and getting a different brand record player.

Worst experience trying to sort out the fact that they messed up the order twice! Missing piece and then the replacement was smashed up, no packing at all, missing even more pieces. Luckily I hobbled together a player from the two. No help from bestbuy.
