I don't really like this product some stations weren't clear despite wire in back. If you have a case not able to charge phone with it on,

Unfortunately one speaker blew out within the first 2 weeks after purchase, and stopped charging the iphone 1 week after that. We returned it to Best Buy which promptly gave us store credit and we got a Sony. I have done well with Insignia for other products but this one was a lemon. Five stars for Best Buy customer service, one star for this product.

Its okay, for the price. Looks cheap, good for the price you paid

Do yourself a favor and purchase something a little bit better and you will not have a headache and not have to drive back to the store to return it because you won't like it

The light on this clock is so bright, it lights up the room at night. And twice we have had to reset the clock because it slows down. Not a good choice.

We bought this a couple of weeks ago and it works great. The sound quality is good and there are some features that I just adore. One that comes to mind is the way the radio starts when it is used as an alarm -- the volume starts low and comes up over several seconds. Two criticisms. The screen is super bright, even at the lowest brightness setting it is too bright to have facing toward my face while I try to sleep, the clock must be turned away. Also, the owners manual is hard to to understand. Important features (such as how to dim the screen) are not easy to find.

Nice unit, last minute holiday gift. Easy docking station and clear lights, but my daughter prefers to put the unit in the bathroom, as the lighted numbers is pretty bright and lights up the room at night. Otherwise, it does all that is advertised and the sound is good.

Basically what a wanted. A dock to charge my phone (works great for iPhone 5 and 6) Also, it has a USB on the back, so I can connect my wife's phone to charge at the same time. It is a little too bright for our bedroom to use as an actually alarm clock. Also, to use the dock, the case on the phone needs to be removed, so that is a little bit of a pain. Overall, pretty happy with the purchase.

I bought this clock because I needed an alarm clock and preferred it had large bright numbers since I hate wearing my glasses. It works great and is very easy to read. It was an added bonus that it's compatible with my iPhone and that I can set it on there to get a charge and to listen to my personal music. While the sound may not be "high quality", I can barely tell and it gives off the perfect volume and quality for my needs (sits in my bedroom). The only negative I have is that even with the slimmest possible case for my phone, it doesn't fit unless the case is removed. I just upgraded from the iPhone 5 to 6s and it still works great!

It's becoming nearly impossible to buy a simple, functioning alarm clock/docking station, in the store or online. I researched this one carefully, but should've clicked through to read ALL the reviews. The lighting connector doesn't sit up high enough to dock with the iPhone in its case. (This is likely the source of a couple other reviewers' problems with a failure to charge the phone.) No user would want the hassle of removing the case every time, so this is a monumental fail in the design. It's a nice compact clock otherwise, but it's going back to Best Buy ASAP.

Out of the box, plugged in the clock/radio and the front numbers did not light up. The radio wouldn't turn on and my iPhone 5 would not charge. Took it back to Best Buy for an exchange, my luck to get a lemon. Plugged the second one in and, hooray, the clock is working and the radio is working, but alas, the iPhone 5 won't charge or play through the clock. This thing is going back and I will get a different brand.
