I was nervous about getting this instead of a Nintendo licensed dock, but this dock is not only cheap but very easy to use. I actually prefer this to the official one because it is easy to slide the switch in and you don’t have to worry about scratching the screen.

It's almost 1/2 the price of the Nintendo dock and has all of the features except maybe one less USB port. You can use a USB hub as a work-around. It's great replacement if your Nintendo dock breaks or a secondary dock for another room.

This base works as advertised. No issues whatsoever and I actually like it much better then OEM one. Has usb to power up pro controller or another charger and it’s easier to see its charging when in the base. Something I hate about the stock one.

The dock is simple to use and works perfectly. The docks on Amazon had suspect reviews and this dock was 5 stars all around so I gave it a shot. Definitely worth the purchase and not having to constantly move the stock dock around.

I was a little nervous to use anything but 1st party docks after the whole bricking switches rumors earlier this year, But ultimately the price and portability led me to want to try this out. Currently running OS 7.0.1. so far everything is working fine.

Very compact compared to the original Nintendo docking kit. Very useful when you are constantly on the go like business travels. In my opinion, this is better than the Nintendo docking kit.

I wanted to purchase a 2nd rock for our home so I could enjoy the switch console on multiple big screens in our house. This dock did the trick. Lightweight and portable, this dock makes a great replacement/addition for the standard dock.

Pretty good value for the price. My only real complaints are the fact that if you have a glass screen protector on your switch, the fit is VERY tight. But it works well and is smaller AND cheaper than the OEM dock. I really hope that Nintendo comes out with a more mobile version of their dock but for now, this will suffice.

Nice alternative to the Nintendo dock. This one is half the price and work just as good. I wish it came with the USB-C cable instead of the HDMI cable but that's probably just me. Very happy with my purchase.

Everything you need to either add a second dock to another TV or to bring along with you on trips. Often goes on sale, and even at the regular price, I'd pick it over the Nintendo dock simply because it's slightly smaller overall and works just as well.

With the OEM switch dock fluctuating in and out of stock all of the time, this is an excellent alternative at quite the price. It's great to have a second dock sitting at another tv and to just walk over and put it in.

The price beats the nintendo full aized docking station. I wanted two extra docking stations, one for my bedroom and another for my sons room. I was able to buy two docking stations for the price of one of the nintendo docking stations and they work just the same.

This docking station works just like the OEM Nintendo docking station. It fits the Switch perfectly, however, it is much smaller and takes up less space. The price is less than half of the original, but works just the same.

I needed an extra dock for my switch and this one was perfectly priced and nice and small compared to the original dock. The only small issue I found was the console fits just slightly tight, but that may be due to having a glass screen protector on it. Otherwise it works great.

This dock does the same thing as the Nintendo's official dock. The positives are that this dock is smaller and cable management is more straight forward. I picked it up for $35, so it was half the price of the official dock. It comes with HDMI cable as well.

I carry the original dock with me in a case, and this dock was affordable enough for me to have a second dock that I could leave connected to my home entertainment system. It is a no frills dock that just works perfectly.

I was a bit skipticle when come to insignia brand but I gave it a try and was not disappointed. The design is compact and a lot better than the OEM part. Works perfectly with HDTV and easy to attach to the Nintendo switch.

We bought 4 of these to go into various rooms in the house. It works great, has a smaller profile than the original Switch Dock so it can fit better in TV stands. Have not had a single issue with this product.

This Nintendo Switch Dock works great and is so much more cost effective than buying Nintendo's version. It travels easily and does just as well as the one my Switch came with. If you're looking to save a few bucks, I'd definitely recommend this one!

If you are in need of a simple, extra dock then this travel size fits the bill. It can be difficult to line up for younger users, but is so much less expensive than the Nintendo branded one it’s not really fair to compare the two. Also, this version is lightweight, compact and easy to transport.
