I've only used it a couple of times so I'm still getting used to the temperature settings. It does seem to have hot spots but it cooks well and is very easy to clean.

This is the 3rd griddle I have had and it is the best. Last one I gave to my daughter. The only draw back to this griddle is the size of the grease catcher, too small. This was the same problem as last griddle.

I was pleasantly pleased with the electric griddle. I have an old griddle that I put on my stove but this was great for the burgers I made. The griddle heats up quickly and hold heat well. I am very pleased.

My wife has been wanting a griddle to cook pancakes for the grand kids and this filled the bill because she was able to cook ten at a time instead of four using a skillet!
