good quality item but less sound after full volume

Not too many choices left in this area but this headset performed as expected, is comfortable to wear and great sound. Boom mike provides clear audio to the listener on other end.

the head phones serve their purpose however, even with the volume turned all the way to max it is challenging at times to hear the party I am speaking to.

The headphones are nice, but the only thing is that the foam rubber on the ear part is a little thick which makes it hard to hear. If you have any hearing issues, these may not be the ones for you.

I would rate this as a terrible product that should not be in the stores to start with. Volume was very very low to hear the other person.

I originally bought this headset for one of customer service reps because she wanted a headpiece with a microphone for the phone. Aside from a short cord to connect to the phone the biggest complaint that she had with it was that the volume was not loud enough. FYI - If you want to return it do not open it. This item is non-returnable if opened.

The headset fits well on head and is adjustable over head and the microphone piece. Good sound, as well.

For a cheap headset for a wireless house phone it is great. It does the job required and does it well.

My wife has been using this for three weeks as a headset for a cordless phone and is overall pleased with it although it does cause some pain/pressure when being used.

I had to return this, it had very low volume, was impossible to hear the other person.

Don't get me wrong, it does the job but for the price, you can do better. I just needed something for work because the one I used broke.
