I replaced our blue ray player with the Xbox One and I didn't want my wife to have to use an Xbox controller for movies as she wasn't too excited about the purchase in the first place...this controller has been very easy to use and she admitted to me that this worked much better than the player we used to have.

I like this remote better than the Xbox version because its longer and feels better in the palm of my hand. I use this for my Plex app and works pretty good. Unfortunately there are some times it seems like the IR is either slow or didn't recognize my button pressed command. But overall I am satisfied with it.

This is a good remote for the Xbox one it has all the same features as the brand name one and works very well I'm quite pleased with this and how it functions

Remote is great for the price. We used to have the Microsoft brand one for about a year. When it quit working we chose to try this one instead. Works just as well as the Microsoft one for way less money. (Would not spend the extra on the one with the keyboard though... keyboard was a pain to use.)

Bought this because I stream through my Xbox One and was getting tired of always having to turn the Xbox controller back on when I wanted to control my streaming. This remote works just like a controller and does not turn off so you just point and shoot. Great product for Xbox users.

Allows the GF to power on the console and navigate to streaming apps the same way shes used to on other boxes. Only downside is that it needs line of sight. MS please make a bluetooth media remote with cortana functionality.

This remote is awesome, its much better then having to use the Xbox One Controller to watch netflix, you can now fast forward and pause easier. You don't have to worry about the remote turning off unlike he controllers every couple mins. I wish I had bought it sooner.

I recently bought an XBOX ONE and was really blown away by the media features. I figured I'd pick up a remote so I could take advantage of them without having to use a controller. This remote works well and makes things quite a bit easier than using the controller.

The remote is a great tool for not having to constantly keeping the Xbox One game controller on constantly when watching movies, or browsing thru Netflix. This remote works well and prevents you from having to waste the game controller's batteries!

Have this controller makes using the Xbox One easier for watching videos. You can navigate all the menus and I don't have to use the controller and turn it back on everytime I need to hit "continue watching" on Netflix. Worth the buy.

Yeah, I know I could have bought the official Xbox One media remote but I am just looking for the basic Xbox One remote. This remote works well with the Xbox One and handles the basic functions. Had no issues and seems to work fine.

Was a little stretched after the holidays and decided to try the Insignia instead of the Microsoft and was pleasantly surprised. It has less buttons but is fully functional and I have no issues with it thus far.

I bought this as a replacement instead of using the game controller all the time. They make a more expensive one but this off brand is the right price for what we use it for and also save on controller batteries.

This remote works in that it is easier to use than a standard Xbox controller which is the main benefit and it is 9.99. I am bummed it does not control the volume on my tv (same brands). That was a bummer.

Have an insignia tv went with the insignia media remote works fine haven't tried but it won't adjust my volume on my tv automatically have to see if it's possible to use this remote for all tv functions

This remote feels nice when held and is very compatible with the Xbox One. Only complaint is there is no power on/off button or eject button on this remote like on my other third party Xbox remote.

Besides having to point it directly at the front of your Xbox One it works great, and at a cheaper price than the Microsoft brand. Unless the front of your Xbox is blocked the issue is not that bad.

Connects easily, works great for navigation of console and media content.
