Another car charger whose end came loose within a few weeks of use. If you are lucky enough to find the perfect position where it connects then you can get a charge, but otherwise it struggles.

The Insignia - Micro USB Vehicle Charger does just what's it's designed to do. Plug it into your vehicle's power port and attach to your phone and it's ready to go. The light on it lets you know that it's working. I use it on my Samsung Galaxy S5.

We try to have at least one charger in each of our vehicles & this is a good one to have. No problems so far - except that we argue over who gets to use this one!

While we have several other mobile chargers the sales person seemed very concerned that we get this one that is designed for the tablet. I believe my old smart phone charger would have handled it but we got this one as well.

Packaging indicated the charger cord expanded to 6'. It didn't expand to the advertized length for the application I needed it. I then measured it and it barely reached 5'.

This basic type of charger has been around for a long time. I needed an Xtra for a vehicle and decided on the Insignia. It is built well and the cord seems very firm and not flimsy. Overall a good charger.

Bought two, one worked fine the other as soon as we plugged it in started smoking and then quit working. Took the bad one back got a new one and the third one works on my wife's phone but my phone it won't charge.

My phone is picky about charge port fitment. Some fall right out and some are really hard to plug in. This charger goes right in and lock tabs are set to perfect depth to lock nicely with my Nexus 6.

I liked that the model specified "for Samsung" even though the store associate didn't think there was a difference. Maybe I am naive, but why would it be labeled differently if there's no difference?

Working perfectly charging my Samsung S3. I have trouble finding a charger that keeps connected at contact in charging access. This has been most reliable so far....better than any USB kind of charger.

I would recommend this to anyone who has a cell phone and needs to charge it in the car. I seem to run out of battery charge often and forget to charge it at home - so the charger comes in very handy!

Car charger worked well while it lasted however the cord developed a fray where it typically curved in the car within three months and then wore out and wouldn't charge anymore.

Perfect for charging the phone while using GPS (which tends to drain my smartphone battery). Also handy for keeping the phone charged when using Pandora with a wireless speaker at tailgate parties.

parts fitted with cell unit, but after a week of usage the plug wore thin and wouldn't maintain contact with telephone socket. also, the coil ultimately pulled to of phone socket entirely.

Does not support fast charge, but does well for a basic mobile charger

I am very happy with this replacement item. The previous one lasted about 6 years with constant use as I am in my car a lot. The quality is excellent. I expect this will also last a long time.

when your device runs out of battery juice ,,, who do call ... you can't .... I bought this on a whim to see if it works to recharge .... and it does ,,, for my dashcam and phone

Best Buy prices are very comparable to their competitors. The electronics sales associates have always been very helpful. I wish the customer service reps up front were the same.
