this has helped in diffusing light when shooting macro photography....it has cut back on the harshness of the flash and my pics have been a little bit better!

I was looking for a flash which resembles the big studio umbrella's. Though this doesn't have the same look to the pictures, it did soften it up and reduced the shadow pretty good.

This is a great addition to any camera bag for those photographers who use an external type flash or use an additional flash off camera. Easy to install over the flash head and doesn't cut down on the flash output exposure all that much. For the price this is a big bargain as it is small, light, inexpensive and more importantly it softens your flash light on your subject's image. This helps cut down background shadows and gives a more pleasing type of lighting for facial images. Great for close in party images and for portraits.

This is a well designed product that fits over most, if not all, flash units. By defusing the flash there is much less spot bounce back into the lens. This gives a much more natural lighting in challenging spots. Plus if taking pictures of people subjects, they will be less likely to want to gouge your eyes out for blinding them. This can be folded down to fit anywhere in the camera bag, and only takes a minute to install on the flash when needed!

After reading skeptical reviews for this, I still decided to go for this to use for a photoshoot indoors. This gave me that perfect flash on my subjects. Only 4 stars due to the cheap construction. Does not seem like it will last very long. It can be hard fitting it over my nikon flash, but still fits snug and did not have to worry about it slipping off at all.

This was an impulse buy. I was hoping to improve my on-camera flash, and this unit does help. It works better on an OCF, of course, but either way, it gives you a miniature soft-box. Don't expect this to replace your hard plastic unit, or a full fledged soft-box, but it's something handy to have in your bag (it folds flat!), and for the price- it beats home made diffusers in outcome and durability.

I really like this infuser because it's not difficult to figure out how to put it on the flash. It also folds up nicely and fits into my bag without taking up extra space that I need for other equipment. A friend of mine purchased another brand and it was so weird to put on that she ended up using a rubber band to attach it. That's real professional!! (Insert sarcastic voice here)

This is the quickest way to diffuse your camera flash at the drop of a dime. It unfolds and goes on the flash in seconds. When not in use, you can fold it up and put in your camera bag. It doesn't take up much space at all.

I was needing a diffuser for some work I was doing. Saw this and was a good price. Works like it should. I don't use auto settings an my camera. that way i can control more and this does what it is supposed to.

I used this for my canon 430 ex and it fit perfectly. It does not however, fit my 580ex. It works great and it's easy to attach with its Velcro folds.

This is hands down the best, easiest to use flash diffuser I own! It folds up into a tiny flat square that I can fit right into my camera bag, and pops up to use in any situation! So worth the money, will be buying another one for my second flash!

Great diffuser for the price. A little tight on my new Best Buy Flash unit but works as promised! Softens light as I need and should work on,most hot shoe flashes. Folds flat for easy storage in my camera bag, available for use if needed.

Weird that I'm calling it cute but it is! It folds up so tiny, you could probably fit it in a coat pocket! And it does its job perfectly! I will be buying another for my off camera flash! Perfection and not expensive!

Great for headshots but not much more I really like it, for the price, and size convenience is definatly reccomend

The diffuser is great in softening light on my subject. Easy to use and attach to the speedlite.

This is an universal on flash softbox which is very easy to use. Don't expect it has comparable effect as a 30' softbox, but it's very portable and can diffuse light to some extend

This diffuser works well with my flash and it softens the light for indoor close ups. It also folds away easily and I store it in my camera bag when not in use.
