Works as intended - Had to connect and reconnect a few times on a GE refrigerator. Price to value is ok - other online retailers have for cheaper given the origin. Would probably buy again. Pic attached.

Purchased this because I needed something to hold me over, till my 6 pack of filters arrived in the mail. I think this one only costs me $20. On average these things will run you $50 a filter. I got a steal with this one!

The price of this product is comparatively good, it fits my GE fridge perfectly and seems to do a good job of filtering our water (it tastes good). I would like to have purchased the three pack as before but it did not seem to be available.

First time trying this one instead of the brand one and I can tell you that it really does what it supposed to do. The water really taste good. I have tried before the HomeDepot one and was a big mistake. You can really taste the difference and I assumed if tasted like that, the filtration might not be as good as well. Another bummer was that it didn't last long. This Insignia was a good choice. Not only the good thing is the difference in the price, but also the quality of the taste of the water is good. Another thing I want to share is that the flow of water was the same as when I use the brand one. I just going to see if it really last like the brand one or as close as the brand one. If so, it deserves another star.

I'm not a water or filter expert but this product has produced clean water at about half the price or the OEM replacement filter. I usually just buy the OEM part but noticed this item in my search results so I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. It looks identical to the OEM filter except for some labeling. It produces clean water by my taste and observation. I replace the filter when the fridge intricates the filter needs to be replaced and I've done this twice so far.

I always recommend the insignia filters. The water is clear and doesn’t have a bad taste and they are a good price. They are a lot better than that the off brand ones from Amazon and they are a lot cheaper than the GE brand.

I have never used a generic replacement filter for my GE Fridge. I decided to try it because the price was half of what I spend on the GE filter. Works great, I will definitely buy it again.

I have tried different companies and this filter doesn’t change the quality of water it taste great!! And doesn’t affect the pressure of the water other filters slow down greatly after a month or so

Very good price for a very good filter - one that otherwise is quite expensive for an otherwise very average refrigerator. Does enhance taste and quality quite well.

This product fitted a GE refrigerator. Easy install. Just a twist and it's done. You have fresh water. Recommended to replace filter every 6 months. It was $19 not bad at all.

This works just as good as the GE filter at a much better price. Seems to last just as long too. Water still taste great.

Filters potable water leaving it tasting great. A less costly option than the manufacturer filter, and even slightly less expensive than another Insignia model.

Very good quality and water that tastes good and filtered especially for an off brand filter. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is a perfect replacement for our refrigerator filter. It was easy to install and we could see a big difference once we used it.

The filter is priced far less than the GE branded filter. There doesnt seem to be any issue with the water compared to the GE filter. Would recommend.

Installed super easy, and the fit was perfect. No leaks at seams and it lasts the same amount of time as brand name.

Insignia brand is a good value instead of the GE brand. It works just as well for 6 months at half the cost
